2. In-store Purchases
All sales made in-store are final, subject to statutory rights under applicable local laws and regulations. All prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Product Availability
The availability of our products may vary, and we cannot guarantee that all products displayed on our website or in promotional materials will be available in our physical store(s). If a product is out of stock, we may offer you alternatives of equal or greater value, or a full refund.
4. Product Display and Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual color, dimensions, and details of products may differ from the photos and descriptions displayed on our website or other promotional materials.
5. CT Recycling Fee
A $11.75 fee is included in the price of each mattress and box spring.
Connecticut law requires that a $11.75 recycling fee be collected for each mattress and box spring sold beginning January 1, 2021.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of faulty or damaged goods. The customer must provide proof of purchase and return the faulty item within 14 days of purchase. Please review our Returns Policy for more detailed information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, our products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please review our Warranty Policy for more detailed information.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials displayed or performed on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tools, photographs, images, illustrations, are the property of Lisy’s Discount Furniture. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and state of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
